John is 1st Objective’s head of creative. Much of the look and feel – for the work showcased on the site – is his or has been created by his team. John’s never lost his ad agency background and still thinks like an ad-man in terms of the image coupled with the copyline. It’s a purist and robust approach that differentiates our work in these dynamic and fickle times.
Andrew Spratley
Andrew has over 20 years experience in the sales promotions industry and has been instrumental in helping to deliver some of the UK’s highest profile campaigns in recent years for companies such as McDonalds , Walkers Crisps, Boots, and many more.
Andrew specialises in Free to Consumer and 2 for 1 Travel, Leisure and Lifestyle rewards as well as brand partnerships and is regarded as one of the most respected and key authorities in this market. He regularly partners with 1st Objective on reward programmes for employee retention and channel engagement.
Richard heads up Friday’s, our PR partner. Their difference lies in the effective use of social media and their specialist skills in maximising online PR opportunities. Steve is a highly connected networker. A proven starter and grower of businesses, innovative and creatively biased towards business development.
1st Objective have collaborated on several start-ups and joint ventures with Steve and his team, most notably building BackgroundChecking.com from scratch to its successful sell-off with information giant, Experian.
